About this tender
Overview The City of Burnside invites tender submissions for the detailed design of a program of road, streetscape and traffic management projects. Council is seeking to commence a program of works in 2026/27 for detailed design and implementation of recommendations from the Dulwich, Rose Park, Toorak Gardens, Frewville, Glenunga and Eastwood precinct plan. Scope The scope of this tender is limited to the detailed design of the works program and management of the detailed design process, covering the following recommendations: Victoria Terrace Streetscape Upgrades Grant Avenue (Toorak Gardens) Cycle Friendly Street Grant Avenue and Gurney Avenue Intersection Cleland Avenue Traffic Calming Main Avenue Traffic Management Moore Street Hospital Entrance Improvements Webb Street and Watson Avenue Pedestrian Crossing L'Estrange Street & Bevington Road Pedestrian Crossings Eastwood 40 km/h Zone Main Street Traffic Management Winchester Lane Improved Sight Distance Brunswick Lane and Everett Avenue Traffic Management 40 km/h zone for Tusmore, Leabrook and Hazelwood Park (part, north of Greenhill Road) Enquiries Contact: Procurement Burnside Office: +61 (08) 83664200 Email: procurement@burnside.sa.gov.au
