Development of a Business Case and Implementation Roadmap for the Brinkley Circular Economy Hub 2027-PJ03
Tender Overview
About this tender
Overview The Adelaide Hills Region Waste Management Authority (AHRWMA) is seeking a suitably qualified consultant to develop a Business Case and Implementation Roadmap for the Brinkley Circular Economy Hub. About AHRWMA is responsible for the strategic planning, management, and delivery of waste and resource recovery services across its Member Councils. For many years AHRWMA has managed the Brinkley Waste and Recycling Facility, which has primarily operated as a regional landfill servicing the waste disposal needs of AHRWMA's Member Councils. While the site has performed a critical role in providing essential waste management services, much of its supporting infrastructure is ageing, increasingly constrained, and not aligned with contemporary resource recovery and future circular economy objectives or activities. Purpose AHRWMA is progressing the investigation of a large-scale, inter-generational infrastructure-based circular economy initiative to support the long-term transition toward more sustainable and efficient resource management outcomes.
