Overview The SA Housing Trust is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Civil / Structural Engineer for the design and documentation of two Affordable Housing apartment developments, which form part of the Rent to Own Program. Purpose The Trust aims to deliver the maximum number of apartment outcomes possible within a financially feasible development model across the two sites. Scope The scope includes: Civil / structural engineering design services for the Affordable Housing apartment developments at Site 1 (Lot 353 Frederick Road, Seaton SA 5023) and Site 2 (Lot 510 Anzac Highway, Camden Park SA 5038) Documentation services in support of the design of the two apartment developments Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced as a Civil / Structural Engineer
