Overview SA Health is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) directed at the Information Technology (IT) Managed Services industry for Digital Workplace Services. Purpose This RFI is an information gathering process through which SA Health is seeking innovative solutions and experience-driven services that demonstrate the art of what is possible in a modern health setting, enabling a digital workplace that is intuitive, seamlessly integrated, and designed to remove unnecessary obstacles, restrictions, and friction from clinical and operational workflows. The information gathered through this process will help SA Health shape future procurement strategies and define a Digital Workplace Services model that is fit for purpose both now and into the future.
