Overview The City of Onkaparinga is seeking responses from suitably qualified providers to deliver a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for Council employees and their immediate families. About The City of Onkaparinga is committed to supporting the psychological wellbeing of its employees as part of its broader commitment to creating a healthy, safe and supportive workplace. Through its Employee Assistance Program, Council provides employees and their immediate families with access to confidential support for both personal and work-related challenges. Scope The scope includes: Delivery of a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program that complements Council's existing wellbeing initiatives and aligns with its commitment to creating a better place to live and work Provision of professional counselling services for employees and their immediate families Delivery of health and wellbeing initiatives that support employee wellbeing, resilience and workplace performance Instructions to Tenderers Tenderers must complete and submit all required Tender Response Forms by the closing date and time to be considered for this opportunity.
