About this tender
Overview Port Pirie Regional Council invites submissions for the services of Cemeteries Management and Maintenance of its eight (8) cemeteries within the region, as detailed in the Request for Tender (RFT) package. Scope The scope of the services includes, but is not limited to: Coordination and scheduling of burials Preparation and closure of graves Administration and management of grave lease documentation Maintenance of cemetery registers, mapping systems, and payment records General management of cemetery operations Ongoing maintenance of cemetery grounds, gardens, landscaping, and associated infrastructure to ensure the cemeteries are presented in a safe, respectful, and well-maintained condition Instructions to Tenderers Tenderers must lodge their submissions electronically via Council's file transfer facility using the link provided in Clause 2.2 (Lodgement of Tenders) of Section B (Conditions of Tender).
