About this tender

Overview The City of Victor Harbor is seeking prices for resurfacing and/or reconstruction works at the Encounter Bay Netball Courts, located at 51 Armstrong Road, Victor Harbor. Scope The works are to be priced in the context of the Pavement Report prepared by Pavement Asset Services Pty Ltd. The report presents three pavement treatment options for the existing courts. The scope includes: Option A: Resurface Only Option B: Resurface and New Basecourse Option C: Full Reconstruction Instructions to Tenderers Tenderers are required to provide separable pricing for all three options. Council will determine the preferred option following assessment of tendered prices, technical risk, long-term pavement performance, maintenance implications, available budget, and any external funding or grant outcomes. Site Inspection A site visit will be held for this opportunity. Attendance is not mandatory.
