About this tender
Overview The South Australian Environment Protection Authority (EPA), part of the Department for Environment and Water (SA), is seeking proposals from experienced and suitably qualified service providers to deliver a Frontline Contact Service and Journey Management System. Scope The scope includes: Delivery of a professional first point of contact for a broad range of environmental, radiation and licensing enquiries from the community and EPA stakeholders Receiving and triaging incident reports Managing emergency response notifications Escalating urgent and after-hours matters in accordance with EPA procedures Delivery of a Journey Management Service that supports worker safety, including monitoring of staff Contractor Requirements Demonstrated experience in contact centre operations, incident management, safety monitoring and escalation services Proven systems, processes and capable personnel to support the delivery of these services Enquiries Contact: Callista Stapledon, Contractual Phone: (08) 8429-2876 Email: EPA.Procurement@sa.gov.au
