Overview The University of Adelaide is seeking an experienced outsourced Level 1 / first line Out of Hours IT Service Desk provider to deliver secure, reliable and high-quality first-line support outside standard business hours. For more information regarding the University please visit https://www.adelaideuni.edu.au/about/ Scope The scope includes: Provision of telephone support outside standard business hours Handling of University self-service ticket submissions Recording of all interactions in the University's ServiceNow environment as the system of record Instructions to Tenderers Enquiries must be directed via the online forum in TenderLink. The online forum will be open for enquiries until 4pm (ACST) on Tuesday 6th October 2026. Staff of the University are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box on the TenderLink portal. Tenderers will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. The University is not bound to accept the lowest priced Proposal, or all or any part of a Proposal, and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Proposal process and select the successful tenderer as it sees fit.
