About this tender
Overview The City of Port Adelaide Enfield (PAE) is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified not-for-profit organisations or groups to activate and operate the Ferryden Park Reserve clubroom facility, with access to the adjoining sports field provided under a separate licence arrangement, as further described in the Expression of Interest (EOI) documents. Purpose Pursuant to the current Lease, Licence and Property Agreements Policy, if a facility becomes available for longer-term occupancy, Council will generally initiate an Expression of Interest process, unless otherwise resolved. EOIs will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the intended use, facility type, proposed activities, and the anticipated community outcomes. All assessments will align with the principles of this Policy, associated guidelines and relevant Council Strategic Plans and Policies. Objectives The project aims to identify a respondent that can retain and support existing user groups, maximise use of the facility and surrounds, and deliver inclusive sporting and/or community programs that strengthen social connection, health and wellbeing outcomes for the local community. The activation and operation of the facility should deliver clear community benefit, support inclusive participation and align with Council objectives.
