Overview The City of Tea Tree Gully is inviting tenders for the fitout of the Golden Grove Recreation & Arts Centre Bathroom (Stage 3) renovation project. Purpose The goal of the project is to modernise and enhance the facilities to better serve the community, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. Scope The scope includes: Refurbishment of the female, male and DDA toilet near the Theatre at Golden Grove Recreation & Arts Centre Refurbishment of four unisex toilets in the backstage change rooms Refurbishment of two shower rooms in the backstage change rooms Tender Briefing A mandatory site briefing session will be held for this opportunity.
