About this tender

Overview Renmark Paringa Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced civil construction contractors to undertake the construction of new kerb and water table and associated stormwater infrastructure along Rupert Court and the eastern side of Wilson Parade, Lyrup. About Rupert Court and the eastern side of Wilson Parade are existing sealed Council roads that currently do not have kerb and water table infrastructure. Stormwater runoff from the road pavement is therefore generally uncontrolled and discharges into the adjoining verge areas. Purpose Council is seeking to formalise stormwater management within these sections of the road network through the installation of new kerb and water table infrastructure and associated stormwater works. The proposed infrastructure will capture and convey surface runoff from the existing sealed road pavement and direct flows into Council's existing stormwater drainage network, which discharges to SS Ellen Park. The works are intended to provide improved control and conveyance of stormwater runoff along Rupert Court and Wilson Parade while maintaining the functionality of the existing road network and surrounding properties throughout construction. Scope The works will involve construction adjacent to the existing sealed road pavement and include: Kerb and water table installation Stormwater drainage infrastructure Connections to existing drainage assets Associated earthworks and pavement works Reinstatement of disturbed areas Other ancillary works necessary to provide a complete and functional stormwater drainage system Enquiries Contact: Shannon Baxter Office: +61 (08) 85803000 Email: sbaxter@rpc.sa.gov.au

Open the official listing and download the full tender pack. Note the response schedules, evaluation criteria, mandatory conditions, and the exact closing time and lodgement method.

Confirm you are eligible and it is worth bidding

Check licences, insurances, certifications, and any conformance requirements before you commit. A quick bid or no-bid decision saves days of wasted effort on a tender you cannot win.

Answer every criterion with evidence

Respond to each evaluation criterion directly and back your claims with concrete examples, referees, and past performance. Address the buyer’s stated need, not a generic capability statement.

Lodge early through the official portal

Submit through the source portal well before the deadline. Late or incorrectly lodged bids are almost always rejected, so leave time for uploads, portal errors, and last-minute questions.
