The Copper Coast Council (the Council) are seeking quotations for the reconstruction of Moonta Road, Moonta Bay. This will involve, but not limited to, stormwater installation, kerb built to new levels, road box out and relay with PM2/20, surface sealing and linemarking. Please note that the drawing set has both sides of Moonta Road as the project scope. It is Council’s expectation to undertake one side of the road each financial year. For example, the southern side of Moonta Road from East Tce to Marine Parade completed in 2026/27 Financial Year. Then the northern side should be completed in 2027/28. Stormwater works to be completed the same side as the road construction. A strong tender response is clear, compliant, and backed by evidence. These steps apply to most Australian and New Zealand public tenders.
Open the official listing and download the full tender pack. Note the response schedules, evaluation criteria, mandatory conditions, and the exact closing time and lodgement method.
Check licences, insurances, certifications, and any conformance requirements before you commit. A quick bid or no-bid decision saves days of wasted effort on a tender you cannot win.
Respond to each evaluation criterion directly and back your claims with concrete examples, referees, and past performance. Address the buyer’s stated need, not a generic capability statement.
Submit through the source portal well before the deadline. Late or incorrectly lodged bids are almost always rejected, so leave time for uploads, portal errors, and last-minute questions.
