Overview The Office for Early Childhood Development (OECD), Department for Education (SA), is seeking to engage a supplier to plan and implement a multi-year evaluation of South Australia's Early Childhood Workforce Strategy (the Workforce Strategy) and to support the implementation and progress of the Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Learning (MERL) Framework. Purpose Together, the evaluation and MERL Framework activities will support consistent, evidence-informed decision-making, strengthen transparency and accountability, and enable ongoing learning, adaptation and improvement across the Workforce Strategy lifecycle. Scope The scope includes: Planning and implementing a multi-year evaluation of South Australia's Early Childhood Workforce Strategy Supporting the implementation and progress of the Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Learning (MERL) Framework Tender Briefing An Industry Briefing will be held for this opportunity. You will receive a reply email with the Teams link to access the Industry Briefing. Attendees will not be let into the meeting until 2:00pm on 2 September 2026.
