Passenger Vehicles (2) - Supply and Delivery

Overview Alexandrina Council invites tenders from Tenderers for the supply and delivery of two (2) Petrol Hybrid (HEV) passenger vehicles. Scope The scope includes: Supply and delivery of two (2) Petrol Hybrid (HEV) passenger vehicles Compliance of all vehicles supplied with the requirements stated within the Specifications contained in Section D of the RFT documentation, unless otherwise stated Delivery of all vehicles to Alexandrina Council, 11 Cadell Street, Goolwa SA 5214, unless otherwise directed by the Council Provision of a brief handover to the vehicle user upon delivery, including basic familiarisation and training on the operation and use of each new vehicle Handover to include, as a minimum, an overview of the vehicle's key controls, features, safety systems, equipment and any other information reasonably required to enable the vehicle user to safely and appropriately operate the vehicle Delivery will not be considered complete until the vehicle has been delivered to the nominated location and the handover has been satisfactorily completed. Information Requested The Tenderer's response must include: Clear illustrations or images of the proposed vehicle, including exterior and interior views where available Relevant specification information
