Swan Reach Boat Ramp Construction & Associated Works

Overview Mid Murray Council is seeking tenderers to undertake construction and associated works at the Swan Reach Boat Ramp, following the receipt of grant funding for the project. About Council has received grant funding to undertake extensive works at the Swan Reach Boat Ramp. Scope Tenders are sought for five separate scope items, which will be assessed concurrently and may be awarded to one or more tenderers. Not all scope items are required to be tendered for; for example, Scope 1 and 2 can be tendered for only, or Scope 3, 4 and 5 only. Refer to the scope map for an outline of the area included within each scope. The scope includes: Scope 1: Construction of a new boat ramp, giving consideration to Scope 2 as the next stage of construction, to be completed by 31 March 2027 Scope 2: Piling and pontoon installation Scope 3: Construction of carpark (Boat Ramp and Bowling Club Lane), landscaping, shelter, and riverbank remediation at the Boat Ramp Scope 4: Construction of new rock mound and demolition of existing wharf (DIT Wharf Remediation); further funding required to progress Scope 5: Construction of the Len White Reserve carpark Contract Terms and Conditions Council will enter into a Works Agreement with the successful Tenderer/s Each scope is subject to separate Council approval, authorisation, and awarding Scope 1 is to be completed by 31 March 2027 Enquiries Debra Scott dscott@mid-murray.sa.gov.au
