Kingston District Council and Tatiara District Council (The Councils) invite Tenders from Tenderers for the provision of Planning Consultancy Services (the Services) to The Councils in accordance with the requirements of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016. The Tenderer shall provide the Services in accordance with the Specifications contained within Section D and provide a fee proposal to service either one or both Councils.
