About this tender
Overview Clare & Gilbert Valleys Council invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced companies for inclusion on a panel to provide bulk haulage and transport services of materials, including quarry rubble, fill or dirt, as part of its annual road re-sheeting program. Scope The scope includes: Bulk haulage services for the cartage of rubble and other quarry materials from quarries to Council work sites, as part of Council's capital and road maintenance programs Cartage services supporting the annual programming of re-sheeting, capital works, and other grant funded projects, with quantity and distance varying by program each year Provision of hourly rates for ancillary cartage services Contract Terms and Conditions The proposed Contract for Services will be a standing offer arrangement for a term of three (3) years until Friday 7 December 2029 Council may extend this Agreement for one (1) additional period of one (1) year Enquiries Contact: Andrea Post Email: andrea.post@lga.sa.gov.au
