About this tender
Overview The City of Unley (the Council) invites tenders from suitably qualified and licensed plumbing contractors for the provision of plumbing maintenance and repair services for Council buildings, facilities and associated infrastructure within the City of Unley (the Services). About The City of Unley is seeking to establish a panel of suitably qualified plumbing contractors to provide plumbing maintenance, repair and associated plumbing services across Council-owned buildings, facilities and infrastructure. The Services will support Council's ongoing operational, maintenance, renewal and improvement activities. The proposed arrangement is a standing offer panel arrangement whereby Services will be requested by Council on an as-required basis throughout the term of the Agreement. Scope The scope includes: Reactive maintenance Emergency response Preventative maintenance Plumbing repairs Leak detection Drainage maintenance Blockage removal Hot water system maintenance TMV testing and servicing Backflow prevention device testing Gas fitting services Asset replacement Minor upgrades Project-based plumbing works Contractor Requirements Tenderers must be suitably qualified and licensed plumbing contractors Instructions to Tenderers The Tenderer shall provide the Services in accordance with the Specification contained within Section D.
