Overview The University of Adelaide is seeking a contractor to undertake column remediation works within the Bonython Jubilee (BJ) Building. Scope The scope includes: Repairs to concrete degradation within columns and beams in the Bonython Jubilee Building Works arising from the scope developed following an assessment by a structural engineer and subsequent invasive investigations The building will be partially occupied while works occur. Contract Terms and Conditions The intended start date is December 2026, once formal University teaching has ended The start date is subject to contractor availability and confirmation with stakeholders during project start up Instructions to Tenderers Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box on the TenderLink portal. Tenderers will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. The University is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender, or all or any part of a Tender, and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful tenderer as it sees fit. Staff of the University are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. Late, verbal or emailed tenders will not be accepted.
