Overview The City of Playford invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit tenders for the removal and disposal of existing rubber softfall and the supply and installation of new EPDM rubber softfall at six Council playground and recreation sites. Scope The scope includes: Removal and lawful disposal of existing rubber softfall Substrate preparation and minor repairs as required Supply and installation of new EPDM rubber softfall Impact attenuation testing and certification Site-specific works at selected locations Project management, handover documentation and warranties Contractor Requirements All works must comply with AS 4685, AS 4422 and relevant legislative requirements Tenderers must inspect all sites prior to submitting their tender Pricing must be submitted for each site separately, in accordance with the Request for Tender documentation
