Overview Retire Australia Management Pty Ltd is seeking expressions of interest from building contractors for Work Package WP04, covering regional reinstatement, refurbishment and minor works at Port Lincoln. Scope The scope includes: Unit reinstatement works Refurbishment works Repairs Minor alterations Compliance works Make-safe works How to Apply Respondents may nominate full delivery of all building services covered by this work package or defined trade packages when submitting their expression of interest.
