Scope The scope includes: Routine, planned and responsive building maintenance Minor building and construction works Carpentry and joinery Minor alterations and demolition Glazing Tiling Locksmithing Labouring Furniture removal Associated design services Other related building services Contractor Requirements Demonstrated capacity and capability to provide carpentry and joinery services Other specialist services may be delivered directly or through approved subcontractors
