Overview Central Coast Council is seeking expressions of interest for the lease of an internal floor space within the Ulverstone Sports and Leisure Centre, located at Flora Street, West Ulverstone. About The Ulverstone Sports and Leisure Centre is Northwest Tasmania's premier indoor sports and entertainment venue. It includes three basketball courts, meeting rooms and social spaces, and attracts a wide variety of users all year round. Scope The scope includes: Lease of an internal floor space of approximately 6m x 9m within the Ulverstone Sports and Leisure Centre The space includes a small equipment storage area and external access The space is currently used as a gym, and the previous operator is open to selling the existing gym equipment to the new tenant Eligibility The proposed use must be compatible with a multi-use sports centre and contribute to, or be related to, health and wellbeing, fitness or recreation.
