About this tender
Huon Valley Council invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the design and construction of a new Early Learning Child Care Centre in Huonville, Tasmania. The purpose of this EOI process is to engage, identify and pre-qualify capable proponents for participation in a subsequent Request for Tender (RFT) phase. Please direct any enquiries relating to this EOI-MST233 in the first instance via the Forum. If this is not possible, please contact Chris Sharman (Senior Project Manager) by emailing hvc@huonvalley.tas.gov.au with the EOI number in the subject line. The aim of this EOI is to assess market interest and identify suitable contractors. Following this, Council will move directly into the RFT Stage for pricing and evaluation. Proponents who do not participate in the EOI will not be eligible to the RFT stage. EOI submissions must be lodged and received by 5 pm AEDT Friday, 10 July 2026.
