Overview Hobart City Council is seeking a suitably qualified consultant to undertake the investigations, design development, and approvals required to support delivery of the Halls Saddle Visitor Hub. About The City of Hobart is progressing the Halls Saddle Visitor Hub at a Council-owned former quarry site adjacent to the Wellington Park boundary. The Hub is envisioned as a multi-purpose precinct that will serve as a key gateway to Wellington Park, supporting tourism, recreation, transport integration, and environmental management objectives. Purpose Enhanced visitor facilities and supporting infrastructure are required to accommodate projected visitation growth while protecting environmental values, improving public safety, and enhancing the visitor experience.
