About this tender
Overview TasWater is seeking a supplier for the Hardware Refresh Program, involving the supply of hardware to replace ageing and unsupported server and client infrastructure across operational sites. About TasWater is undertaking the Hardware Upgrades to Local Sites Project, originally developed in November 2025 to replace ageing and unsupported server and client infrastructure across operational sites. The project includes the replacement of assets that have reached, or are approaching, end of warranty and vendor support. Objectives The objective is to maintain the reliability, security, supportability, and operational performance of critical infrastructure that supports water and wastewater operations. By replacing ageing hardware, TasWater aims to reduce the risk of equipment failure, minimise operational disruptions, improve cybersecurity resilience, and ensure infrastructure remains supportable throughout its lifecycle. Scope The scope includes supply of the following hardware, described in more detail in Section 8 Technical Specifications: 40 x Dell R360 servers 36 x Dell Micro PCs 20 x Dell monitors (Optional)
