About this tender

The Department of State Growth will be conducting a Request for Tender to engage a suitably qualified contractor to deliver Stage 3 Main Construction Works to support the Northern Suburbs Community Recreation Hub project in Mowbray, Tasmania. This works package delivers Stage 3 of the existing Hub and includes the construction and fit-out of approximately 5,000 square metres of additional indoor space, accommodating four additional indoor courts to further support a broad range of sport and recreation activities.
