Overview The Environment Protection Authority (EPA) Tasmania will be seeking a contemporary regulatory assessment and compliance management solution to support the delivery of its statutory functions. Purpose The solution is intended to improve regulatory efficiency, transparency and consistency, while providing a foundation for future capability growth and innovation. Scope The scope includes: Assessing development proposals against environmental standards and guidelines Issuing and managing regulatory instruments Regulating environmental impacts associated with major industrial, municipal and aquaculture activities Contractor Requirements The solution must be a secure, scalable, configurable and user-centred Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution The solution must support the full regulatory lifecycle The solution must be capable of adapting to changing legislative, policy and operational requirements Instructions to Tenderers Interested suppliers are encouraged to register as a provider on the Technology Services Multi-Use List at the earliest opportunity.
