About this tender
Overview Primary Health Tasmania is seeking to commission suitably capable and experienced service providers to deliver a Mental Health Multidisciplinary Service (MH MDS) in the Glamorgan Spring Bay and West Coast local government areas (LGAs) of Tasmania. Purpose The MH MDS is funded by the Australian Government as part of a time-limited program and will support people with complex mental health needs through coordinated, multidisciplinary care delivered within primary care settings. The service is primarily intended to support people whose needs align with Initial Assessment and Referral Decision Support Tool (IAR-DST) Levels 3 and 4. Scope The scope includes: Delivery of a Mental Health Multidisciplinary Service (MH MDS) in the Glamorgan Spring Bay LGA and/or the West Coast LGA Provision of coordinated, multidisciplinary care within primary care settings Support for people whose needs align with IAR-DST Levels 3 and 4 Applicants may submit a tender for one LGA or both LGAs.
