About this tender
Overview West Tamar Council is seeking tenders for road reconstruction works in Pitt Avenue, Trevallyn, between Cherry Road and #9 Pitt Avenue, a distance of approximately 300m. Scope Depending on tenders received, the works will be undertaken in one of two ways: Option 1: Complete reconstruction as designed and documented Option 2: Stormwater works only, together with road, kerb, footpath and driveway works only to the extent required to reinstate disturbed areas to a standard matching that existing prior to the works commencing Council intends to execute a contract for either Option 1 or Option 2, subject to tender submissions, available funding and assessed value for money. If Option 2 is selected, the balance of the works will be carried out under a separate contract at a later date.
