Scope The scope includes: Design of new sports ground lights and towers at West Park Oval Construction of new sports ground lights and towers at West Park Oval Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in the design and construction of sports ground lighting Tender Briefing A Tenderer's Briefing will be held on Tuesday, 15 September at 10am. Attendance is optional. Date: Tuesday, 15 September Time: 10am Attendance: Optional RSVP to the Tenderer's Briefing must be confirmed by email to jdenny@burnie.tas.gov.au by Monday, 14 September by 2pm (1 day before). Instructions to Tenderers Full details and tender documents can be downloaded from the Tendering portal at no charge. Late tenders will not be accepted. The lowest or any tender is not necessarily accepted. All tender enquiries are to be directed via the online Forum. It is Council's policy for tenders to be submitted via the electronic tender box in the Tenderlink portal only. Submission via the Tenderlink portal will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion.
