Overview Kingborough Council invites fixed-price tenders from competent contractors to design, construct and commission a replacement amenities building at Tinderbox Reserve, Tinderbox. Scope The scope includes: Design, construction and commissioning of a replacement amenities building at Tinderbox Reserve, comprising 2 DDA cubicles and 2 Ambulant cubicles Supply of all materials, plant and labour required to complete the works Provision of any other services, costs and fees necessary to complete the design, construction and commissioning of the building Tender Briefing and Site Inspection An optional pre-tender site meeting will be held for this opportunity. Date: Thursday 13 August Time: 9:00 AM Location: Tinderbox Reserve, Tinderbox Attendance: Optional Instructions to Tenderers Tender documents are only available to registered suppliers by downloading from the portal. Registration is free and can be achieved through the registration link. Tender enquiries should be directed via the online forum. Responses to questions raised by tenderers will be posted on the forum and will be available to any person downloading tender documents. Tenders must be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. If a receipt is not received, it is recommended that the tender is uploaded again. Tenders will not be accepted by hand delivery, by post, by facsimile or by email. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
