This Tender is invited by the Issuer. Overview The Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources (ACT) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to undertake a focused 16-week discovery and requirements engagement to define the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for the Anti-Dumping Commission's (ADC) Early Warning System (EWS), which forms Stage 1 of the ADC's broader Data Intelligence and Trade Remedies Analytics Capability. The Role The role is responsible for: Defining business requirements for the Early Warning System (EWS) Defining data requirements for the EWS Defining technical enablement requirements for the EWS Defining governance requirements for the EWS Identifying opportunities, risks, constraints and dependencies relevant to the EWS Developing a roadmap to support future legal, technical and delivery decisions The engagement is requirements-focused and does not include system build, technical architecture, implementation, dashboard development, MOU negotiation or data access approvals.
