About this tender

The provision of a quality assured contract for the Road Renewal, Shared Path Construction and Carpark Renewal in Acacia Road and Kings Park, Upper Ferntree Gully. This contract includes the following projects: Part A – Acacia Road Renewal, Burwood Highway to Kings Park Carpark Part B – Shared Path Construction, Ferny Creek Trail to Kings Park Carpark Part C – Kings Park Carpark Renewal Tenderers are requested to price this tender as set out in the schedules to allow Council to award the tender as one package. Tenderers should be aware that the tender is split into three parts. Council’s preference is to award all parts to a single Contractor but reserves the right to award different parts to different Contractors. Tenderers for this project are to be pre-qualified with the Civil Contractors Federation or ISO, or Council approved equivalent. Tenderers will be required to submit a detailed works program for the entire works, and this will form a key element of the evaluation process.
