Overview The City of Yarra is seeking a contractor for the Alphington Bowls Club Redevelopment Project. Scope The scope includes: Internal refurbishment works Minor alterations to the building envelope Construction of new external structures Roof replacement Accessibility upgrades Associated services works Associated structural works Associated civil works Associated landscaping works Provision of temporary facilities as documented, to support construction within a live operational site Contract Terms and Conditions Construction is expected to be undertaken over a 12-month period within a live operational site Tender Briefing and Site Inspection Tenderers must attend one of the following mandatory site inspection and briefing sessions: Date: Wednesday 7 October 2026, 9:30am to 10:30am Date: Monday 12 October 2026, 9:30am to 10:30am If a Tenderer is unable to attend either session, a request for an alternative site inspection and briefing must be submitted via the "Questions" section in eProcure. Tenderers who do not attend a mandatory site inspection and briefing session may not be considered for evaluation.
