The Council is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced contractors for Bituminous Spray Sealing within the Loddon Shire Council. The Contract will be a schedule of rates contract subject to price adjustment for rise and fall in the rates over a two-year period with the option of up to three additional years on a 1 + 1 + 1 basis. (2 + 1 + 1+ 1). Quantum of spend over the next two-year period is approximately $2,250,000 with $750,000 allocated to 2026/27 financial year, subject to road condition assessments each year. The list of roads to be sealed in year 1 will be available from July/August 2026 and 30 June 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030 for year 2/3/4/5. Roads are expected to be sealed prior to the end of January 2027 and December 2028, 2029, 2030 and 2031. This tender sets out the Works to comply with VicRoads standard sections 161, 166, 199, 310, 408, 710, 721, 802, and 831.
