Overview The City of Monash is inviting applications from stallholders, performers and community groups interested in participating in Council events and festivals. Information Requested Stallholders and food vendors must submit a description of what they intend to display or sell at a festival or event, including a visual representation where possible Performers must submit examples of their work, indicative of what they could perform at the event How to Apply Council has created guidelines for stallholders and speakers.
