About this tender
Overview Merri-bek City Council is inviting local community groups, organisations and clubs to submit an expression of interest to deliver a Ramadan or Eid community event in Fawkner in 2027. Purpose Merri-bek City Council wants the event to celebrate Ramadan and create opportunities for people from diverse backgrounds to connect, learn from one another and develop a greater understanding of Ramadan, Muslim cultures and community traditions. Scope Planning, delivering and managing a welcoming, inclusive Ramadan or Eid community event in Fawkner in 2027 Eligibility Local community groups, organisations and clubs with the experience and capacity to plan, deliver and manage the event Fawkner-based businesses may be considered where they partner with a group that meets the eligibility criteria Tender Briefing Information sessions are being held to guide potential applicants through the application process and answer questions.
