Overview Banyule City Council is seeking Quotes for the appointment of a Contractor to construct a cricket practice net at Banyule Flats Reserve. The successful Contractor will be appropriately experienced and resourced to deliver the project. Scope The scope of works is generally as depicted in Appendix A, which includes but is not limited to: Site setup and traffic management Excavation and protection of slope Construction of concrete slab and footings Construction of retaining walls Supply and installation of fence and post Supply and installation of synthetic grass, rubber and nets Liaison with the building surveyor for inspections and to obtain the occupancy certificate upon completion of works (Council will apply for and obtain the building permit for the retaining wall) Contractor Requirements Appropriate experience and resourcing to deliver the project Compliance with the relevant Heritage Overlay requirements, any provided planning permit conditions, approved heritage management measures, and any directions issued by the responsible authority, as the site is identified to be within a Heritage Overlay Contractors are to visit the site and make their own investigation and assessment of site conditions
