Scope The scope includes: Design and reconstruction of netball court facilities Earthworks Pavement construction Kerb and channel Footpath construction Drainage and stormwater infrastructure Netball posts Chain mesh fence and alterations Asphalt works Acrylic surface Line marking Electrical works Contract Terms and Conditions Date for practical completion: 12th April 2027 Instructions to Tenderers All tenderers must register with Council and obtain the tender documents, available from the eProcure website (www.eprocure.com.au/wellingtonshirecouncil) All tender submissions must be lodged electronically through the eProcure portal The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted Late or facsimile tenders will not be accepted All questions and requests for clarification regarding the tender must be submitted through the eProcure portal; Council will not respond to questions received through any other communication channel
