Broadford Hall Roof Replacement and Solar Project

Overview Mitchell Shire Council is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to complete the replacement of the existing roof at Broadford Hall, including associated structural and compliance works, and the design, supply, installation and commissioning of a solar PV system. Scope The scope includes: Replacement of the existing roof at Broadford Hall Associated structural works Associated compliance works Installation of a safe roof access system Asbestos removal and cladding replacement works Design, supply, installation and commissioning of a solar PV system Any associated works required to facilitate the solar installation Instructions to Tenderers Tenderers may submit for: The complete project scope (Stage 1 and 2); or Stage 1, roof replacement works only; or Stage 2, solar PV installation works only Council reserves the right to appoint a single contractor for all works or separate contractors for individual components, depending on value, capability and project outcomes.
