Changing Places Facility and Fertilizer Shed Skillion Roof Construction

Overview Mansfield Shire Council is seeking to engage an experienced and qualified builder to construct an All Abilities Changing Places Facility and the Fertiliser Shed Skillion Roof structure, in accordance with the design completed by Taylor Engineering + Design. About Mansfield Shire Council is delivering this project as a key initiative under the Mansfield Station Precinct Masterplan. The project has been designed to provide accessible and inclusive public amenities catering to people of all ages, abilities, and support needs. Scope The scope includes: Construction of an All Abilities Changing Places Facility, located adjacent to the proposed All Abilities playground, featuring Taungurung Art on its external facade Installation of two skillion roof structures on the northern and southern sides of the existing fertiliser shed Construction of the northern skillion roof structure to provide storage for large objects that are historically significant artefacts associated with the area Construction of the southern skillion roof structure to match the northern structure, also functioning as a cover over the Changing Places Facility Instructions to Tenderers Further information regarding the location and proposed works can be found in the Station Precinct Masterplan: https://engage.mansfield.vic.gov.au/mansfield-station-precinct
