About this tender
Overview Cardinia Shire Council is seeking tenders for the provision of plant, labour, materials and equipment from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for pavement reconstruction works at several road locations within the shire. Scope The pavement reconstruction works are required at the following locations: Caldermeade Rd, Caldermeade Nine Mile Rd, Cora Lynn Bunyip River Rd, Cora Lynn Pitt Rd, Iona The work under the contract comprises but is not limited to: Site establishment Dealing with other service authorities Provision for traffic management and protection of works Setting out of the works Clearing and grubbing (if required) Saw-cutting the existing edge of pavement (if required) Cold planing, edge profiling, and cutting of chases where required Cement/lime stabilisation of sub-grade Construction of pavements Installation of storm water drainage (where applicable) Construction of kerb and channel (where applicable) Installation of all line marking, RRPMs, guideposts and intersection markings Top soiling and seeding of nature strips and reinstatement of disturbed areas Notification to road users and property occupiers Quality management and maintenance of a Quality Management System All other works including supply of all plant, equipment and materials required to complete the works under this contract Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced contractors capable of providing the plant, labour, materials and equipment required for the pavement reconstruction works Contract Terms and Conditions Works on the above roads can occur from 01/11/2026
