Overview The City of Whittlesea is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the development of Council-owned land at 17-19 Johnsons Road, Mernda. Scope The scope includes: Separable Portion A: Subdivision of 37 residential lots and 3 reserves, including associated road and service infrastructure Separable Portion B: Construction of the new Johnsons Road, including enhanced open space, indented parking, shared paths, and an informal nature play and recreation area Provision of all labour, plant, materials, and associated services necessary to complete the works in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings Site Inspection A pre-tender site inspection will be held. Tenderers are strongly encouraged to attend. Date: 2 September 2026 Time: 10.00 am Location: 17-19 Johnsons Road, Mernda Attendance must be confirmed by COB 31 August 2026 by emailing capital.delivery@whittlesea.vic.gov.au, quoting the contract number, company name, and names of attendees.
