About this tender
Overview The Victorian School Building Authority is intending to release a Request for Tender in August 2026 for construction only works at Wonthaggi Primary School, 18 Billson St, Wonthaggi 3995. Scope The scope includes: Internal modification of the existing classroom block Refurbishment and upgrade of toilet facilities Construction of two (2) outdoor basketball courts and associated site works Contractor Requirements Current CSR Registration under the category New Commercial Construction Prequalification, level amount no less than $1,000,000 Instructions to Tenderers Interested parties must email their company details to vsba.project.delivery@education.vic.gov.au to be considered for tendering. The email subject heading should be clearly marked ATN-CW-3650-WPS-2324 Victorian School Building Authority. A separate Request for Tender (RFT) will be issued. It is expected that approximately four tenderers will be invited. The VSBA will decide which firms are to be invited to submit a tender, based on the firm's experience, capability, and capacity to undertake the work in the required timeframe, and past performance.
