Overview The Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) intends to release a Request for Tender (RFT) for DEECA Property Portfolio Cleaning Services. This advance tender notice indicates that DEECA is seeking tender submissions from suitably qualified organisations with relevant experience to provide cleaning services for its regional and metropolitan Victorian properties. No tender documentation is provided at this stage. Scope Provision of cleaning services for DEECA's regional and metropolitan Victorian properties Contract Terms and Conditions Contracted term of 3 years plus one 24-month option, commencing 1 July 2027 Instructions to Tenderers The opportunity to submit proposals for this work will be provided via a formal RFT process. It is anticipated that the RFT will be issued from 22 October 2026.
