Overview The City of Kingston is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the provision of facilities cleaning services at three of its Family and Children's Centres. Scope The scope includes the following services across the three Family and Children's Centres: Programmed Cleaning: Routine Programmed Cleaning: Periodic Reactive Cleaning: Emergency after hours Reactive Cleaning: Ad hoc Reactive Cleaning: Infection Control Services Site Inspection Mandatory site visits to all three Family and Children's Centre sites will be held on Saturday 5 September 2026. Date: Saturday 5 September 2026 Attendance: Mandatory Non-attendance or failure to attend these one-off mandatory site inspections will immediately deem the contractor's Response to Tender submission non-compliant and void, and it will not progress any further. Instructions to Tenderers Submissions must be lodged prior to the nominated tender closing date and time. Tenderers should allow enough time for lodging the submission, as late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances. All clarification questions must be submitted no later than four (4) days prior to the RFx closing date. All tender-related queries must be submitted via the online forum within TenderLink (refer to the Online Forum option).
