About this tender
Overview The Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) intends to release a Request for Tender (RFT) for Diesel Generator Maintenance Services. The Department is seeking tender submissions from suitably qualified generator maintenance service providers with relevant experience to provide maintenance services for diesel generators located within regional Victoria. Scope Maintenance services for diesel generators located within regional Victoria Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified generator maintenance service provider with relevant experience Contract Terms and Conditions Contracted term of 3 years plus one 24-month option, commencing 1 April 2027 Instructions to Tenderers The opportunity to submit proposals for this work will be provided via a formal RFT process. It is anticipated that the RFT will be issued from 10 September 2026. The tender documentation will be made available for download from the Buying for Victoria website located at www.tenders.vic.gov.au once the tender has been formally issued.
