Overview East Gippsland Water (EGW) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to construct a replacement Lagoon 1 at the Dinner Plain Water Recycling Plant (WRP). The works are construct only, with EGW providing the design, drawings and technical specifications. Scope The scope includes: Construction of the replacement Lagoon 1 at the Dinner Plain Water Recycling Plant in accordance with the Contract Construction of the lagoon base, drainage, liner and associated works The design is substantially complete, with any remaining design to be confirmed following removal of the existing lagoon materials and confirmation of site conditions. Contractor Requirements Suitably qualified and experienced in construction works of this nature Tenderers may propose alternative liner materials where they meet or exceed the specified technical, performance and durability requirements; a compliant alternative will not be considered a non-conforming tender solely because it differs from the specified material
